When choosing engraving try to keep the message short. On pendants engraving is limited to 20 characters per line this includes spaces. Two lines may be engraved Be careful with spelling and capitalization. We engrave exactly as you typed it.
Think about the size of the item, the more text you add the smaller the engraved text will be.

In most cases yes! Just send us an email and we will create it in silver for you at no extra charge.
I messed up on the message I wanted engraved (spelling errors/change message) can I have it exchanged?
Unfortunately no, our products are created after your purchase is made, we cannot be held responsible for your errors. :( However if you notice your error quickly within a few hours of ordering we can sometimes stop production of your item and get the wording changed for you.
What Size Bracelet Should I Order?
Some tips we have on how to measure up for a bracelet:
The most popular bracelet size is S/M (18cm).
A bracelet is perfectly sized when you measure your wrist tightly and add 2 cm.
If you are between sizes ask yourself how you like to wear your bracelet. If you wear it tightly choose the smaller size and if you like to wear it loosely take the next size up.
You can also measure a bracelet you already have. You should measure end to end for the correct size.
Due to the natural properties of leather, these bracelets can expand or contract according to the climate, moisture, heat and how it is stored.
Mugs and Travel Mugs
Ceramic mugs and travel mugs require different printing processes. If you order both you are likely to receive the ceramic mug first followed by the travel mug. They ship separately, we can't hold back ceramics to wait for the travel mugs etc as orders would get mixed up.
Wrong Item Received
First don't panic! We appreciate you were eagerly awaiting your item and when it's the wrong thing we know how disappointing it can be. Unfortunately human error can sometime cause the wrong items to be shipped to the wrong address etc.
Items are printed to order and at busy times of the year they process hundreds of products so some confusion/errors do sometimes happen. Mugs need to cool down between processes so mix-ups do occasionally happen.
What to do - Just take a quick photo of the item with your phone or camera and send it to us with your order number. We will then confirm the error with the warehouse and get the right product out to you. You may keep the wrong item you received in most instances.
Item Not Delivered
It's important to allow enough time for delivery, especially during 2020 when we are under great restrictions with social distancing etc. Shipping has been affected and things are a bit slower to deliver especially international orders.
You can make inquiries with your local post office giving them your tracking number. They can trace your parcel and see what's happening with it. If they deem the item as lost, we can then make a claim and get a replacement out to you. Just message us with this information please.
