Please note our products are created individually upon ordering. If you change your mind within 12 hours we can generally cancel and refund your order.

Once the product has been processed we cannot accept refunds for your purchase unless the product arrives damaged or not as described (i.e. wrong item delivered)

An image is required to prove damages or not as described.

In this case we may ask that you return the item to us for a refund.

Please Note: Some goods allow you to add your own personal message, we cannot be held liable for any spelling errors you make during checkout. Please always check and double-check for spelling errors on what you want engraved on the items. It will be printed exactly as what you provide us with.

If you are unhappy with any purchase you make from us, please get in touch immediately before filing any dispute and let us make you happy. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction :)

Refunds for services are not issued, unless the service was NOT delivered within the time frame specified.

If a dispute is opened, because of a refund during the grace period, refund will not be issued. In your claim for refund, please, include explanation of reasons for a refund, and your order information.
