Each mug is printed to order. Generally we can get orders shipped within a few business days, however at busy time periods such as Christmas, they can take a bit longer. We allow 1-2 weeks just to play it safe, usually your mug will be shipped within a few days. Shipping to the USA and Canada is very quick.
